Chief Executive Officer
Tracey Lazzopina joined NuQuest in 2004. With a combined 18 years experience in all phases of workers’ compensation including medical management, claims, reinsurance, subrogation and disability trust funds, she brings an unsurpassed depth of knowledge in MSP Compliance to the company, its staff and its operations. Ms. Lazzopina played an integral role in the development of tools to optimize workflow efficiencies resulting in operational effectiveness, customer satisfaction and quality assurance.
Chief Compliance Officer
Robert Sagrillo is a highly-respected professional in the Medicare set-aside arena and was one of the first Medicare set-aside advisors in the country. He is a recognized authority on a wide range of subjects including estate planning and probate procedures, frequently lecturing before local, regional and national professional and legal organizations and authoring many publications on these issues.
Chief Operating Officer
Lisa Rainey joined NuQuest as a Service Coordinator in 2004, and served as the Service Coordination Manager before being promoted to Chief Operating Officer. Ms. Rainey oversees NuQuest’s operations including service coordination, quality assurance and information technology and provides continued education on MSA- and service-related topics. She has direct contact and works closely with NuQuest’s clients, consulting on clinical issues, MSA allocations and CMS submissions.
SVP of Business Development
Kip Daniels is the Senior Vice President of Business Development for NuQuest/Bridge Pointe – a national provider of Medicare Set-Aside Allocation (MSA) and Professional Administration services. Mr. Daniels brings almost a decade of in-depth experience and stellar performance in the workers’ compensation and liability industry specializing in the development and implementation of Medicare Secondary Payer (MSP) Compliance and Medicare, Medicaid, and SCHIP Extension Act (MMSEA) cost-containment programs.
Mr. Daniels holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from Aurora University graduating with honors and is certified by the International Commission of Health Care Commission as a Medicare Set-Aside Consultant (MSCC).
VP of Business Development
Barbara Fairchild is a Vice President of Business Development for NuQuest. Ms. Fairchild brings 33 years of in-depth experience and stellar performance in the insurance industry specializing in catastrophic case management, drug and medical utilization review and critical-care nursing.
Ms. Fairchild holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from St. Louis University graduating with honors. Additional professional credentials include Registered Nurse, Certified Life Care Planner, Medicare Set-Aside Consultant Certified, and Florida-licensed life insurance agent.
VP of Field Sales
Carla Roberts is a VP of Field Sales for NuQuest. Ms. Roberts is responsible for client relations and business development in the western region and is based in California.
With nearly 15 years in the insurance industry, Ms. Roberts brings NuQuest clients her vast experience gained from such prestigious companies in the carrier, TPA and MSP provider arenas as Liberty Mutual Insurance and Sedgwick CMS. Ms. Roberts began her career as in the Workers’ Compensation claims arena. As a MSA provider, Ms. Roberts focused on MSP Compliance assisting clients in meeting requirements while ensuring quality reporting and superior customer service.
Ms. Roberts holds a Self-Insurance Designation for Worker’s Compensation Claims as awarded by the Office of Self-Insurance Plans and dual B.A. degrees in Communications and in Sociology from Chapman University in Orange, California. Ms. Roberts attended the University of Redlands earning a Masters in Business Administration.
